BrokerX is a real-estate customer relationship management (CRM) application, developed and operated as a product of Invictus AI, Pune, India.

2. Information We Store

BrokerX stores information entered by real-estate agencies and their authorized team members in the ordinary course of their work:

• Team account details: Name, work email address, assigned role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer), employee code, and designated work areas.
• Client records: Contact name, phone number, enquiry type (residential/commercial, rent/sale), requirement specifications, budget, preferred locations, and follow-up notes.
• Property listings: Property configurations, location details, pricing, availability status, and associated broker connections.
• Broker directory: Agency or broker names, contact persons, contact phone numbers, operating locations, and property specializations.

3. Agency Data Separation

Each agency operates within its own dedicated organization partition. Data entered by one agency cannot be viewed, accessed, or modified by any other agency using BrokerX.

4. Roles and Activity Logging

Access within an agency is governed by role-based permissions (Admin, Editor, Viewer) and assigned work areas (Residential, Commercial, or All areas). To maintain operational accountability, record views, edits, status updates, and deletions are logged and visible to agency administrators.

5. Data Retention and Recycle Bin

When a record is deleted by an authorized team member, it is moved to a recycle bin where it can be reviewed and restored by an administrator if needed, preventing accidental data loss.
